Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, click here.

RETURNS: Not quite what you are looking for? No worries, you can return all regular priced items using our free + easy downloadable shipping labels (ie. We pay the cost of return shipping). Please note that $6 will be deducted from all returns to cover the cost of restocking fees.

EXCHANGES: Need a different size? We got you. Send your shoes back for exchange using our free + easy downloadable shipping labels. There are no shipping or restocking fees for exchanges.

Returns + exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Shoes must not have been used, altered or damaged. There must be no signs of wearing - including dirty soles, marks, scratches, stains etc. All items must be returned in their original box. Please ship the shoes inside another solid carton so to not damage the original packaging.

EXCLUSIONS:

+ Swedish Stockings are not eligible for returns (they are an intimate item…so we just can’t)

+ Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit (A small concession to make these more more affordable to you). We also pay for the shipping on the exchange.

+ “Pay What you Can” is a “Sale”, so all items purchased are eligible for exchange and store credit only.

+ “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit (They do what they say..)

1. Submit an exchange request here and fill in your order number, and the email address you used at the time of purchase.

2. Select the item that you would like to return.

3. Choose the reason for a return from the drop down menu. Choose the “Exchange” option.

4. Write down the exact product and size that you would like in exchange.

5. Review and confirm!

Step 2: Ship back your return.

If eligible, you’ll receive a free, prepaid shipping label once your request has been approved. Just pack your boots and their shoebox in the shipping box you received with your order. Then print out the shipping label and securely affix it to the shipping box before sending your return.

Step 3: Your exchange will be processed within 3 business days of delivery.

Once your return has been inspected, processed and approved, we’ll send out your new pair of boots at no additional cost within 3 business days.
