Send your shoes back for one free exchange or store credit using our free, prepaid shipping labels. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing your order and are only available in the US and Canada. To request a return or exchange, click here.

All Swedish Stockings items are FINAL SALE. If you have any questions, please email info@aliceandwhittles.com. 

Criteria
Shoes must not have been used, altered or damaged. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles. No signs of wearing, including dirty soles, marks, scratches, stains etc. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Alice + Whittles reserves the right to cancel or reject returns that are not compliant with the Returns + Exchanges policy, including those sent or communicated beyond the return period limit. Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

For all orders placed with a discount code, or any discounted items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For all regular priced items, we will cover one free exchange, full refund or store credit using our free, prepaid shipping labels.

Please do not return items to Alice + Whittles without submitting a return and exchange request, as these items will be returned to the sender.

Step 1: Submit a Returns + Exchanges request.

1. Submit an exchange request here and fill in your order number, and the email address you used at the time of purchase.

2. Select the item that you would like to return.

3. Choose the reason for a return from the drop down menu. Choose the “Exchange” option.

4. Write down the exact product and size that you would like in exchange.

5. Review and confirm!

Step 2: Ship back your return.

If eligible, you’ll receive a free, prepaid shipping label once your request has been approved. Just pack your boots and their shoebox in the shipping box you received with your order. Then print out the shipping label and securely affix it to the shipping box before sending your return.

Step 3: Your exchange will be processed within 3 business days of delivery.

Once your return has been inspected, processed and approved, we’ll send out your new pair of boots at no additional cost within 3 business days.
