All orders associated with Black Friday promotions cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges or store credit only. If you would like to exchange your boots for a different size, you are responsible for shipping your boots to our warehouse. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send your shoes back for a free exchange or full refund using our free, prepaid shipping labels. Return + Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of your order and are only available in the US and Canada.

Shoes must not have been used, altered or damaged. There must be no signs of wear - including dirty soles, marks, scratches, stains etc.
